What’s the difference between single wiring, bi-wiring, and bi-amping?

Single wiring uses one set of cables and requires terminal links in place. Bi-wiring uses two sets of cables from the same amplifier and requires removal of the terminal links. Bi-amping uses two amplifiers—one for the top terminals, one for the bottom—also with terminal links removed.
